There's not really a meaningful way of doing that, at no point except the permissions page in the profile are the other user's permissions loaded.

But there's another bug on top of that, really, if you don't have permission to send PMs, you can't see any previously sent items (e.g. ones you sent before you had the permission revoked)

So all this is stuff why I ask what is really wanting to be accomplished with such a membergroup, it's entirely possible that there is a better way to go about things.
