Hello all...im here to know some information....

is there any mod for smf 1.1.1x that which i can send an EMAIL to all my forum members??

because...due to some Domain problem..,i closed my forum for about 7 months and now the problem solved and i opened my forum again..now i just want to send a mail to them to say that OUR FORUM IS BACK...so is there any mod for such purpose???

It is already built in your forum under. Admin -> News and Newsletters

Or you can announce a topic which will send an email to your members.

What if they turned off receiving newsletters or announcements? In that case, you might have to go into phpMyAdmin and export all the email addresses from the members table, and use some mailing list program like PHPlist to bulk mail.

Be careful when blasting out email to all your members. SMF 1 will try to send everything out at once, and may overwhelm your server or force your host to shut you down. Better to use PHPlist, which can dole out emails at a given maximum rate. SMF 2 can do this, too. Also, be brief and apologetic for emailing everyone, otherwise some members may file a spamming complaint against you. Just do it once, as this is an exceptional condition, and promise not to do it again.
