Description:
This modification adds a new page showing the banlist. It also adds a permission for viewing it.

Descripcion:
Agregar la posibilidad de ver una pagina con una lista de los usuarios baneados. Agrega permisos para decidir quien puede ver la lista

Features:

* Members with view_banlist permissions can see the Lite Banlist
* Members with manage_bans (& view_banlist) permissions will see the Extended Banlist
* Banlist action in Who's Online only be displayed to users who can see the list.
* Order List view in diferents ways
Caracteristicas:

* Usuarios con permisos de view_banlist pueden ver la lista
* Usuarios con permisos de manage_bans y view_banlist pueden ver una lista extendida
* BanList accion en el Who's Online solo es mostrado a los usuarios con permisos para ver la lista
* Ordenar la lista de varias formas distintas

Oh yeah for sure!!

Ive only made this viewable to staff.  And only one other has access to that section in the AP.
So I put the notes and triggers there for the others.. mods etc
