[Mod site] Packages submitted twice when posting in the forum

At least once the problem with the mod site (a "long time" ago), don't know about other problems.

I remembered hearing that someone reported it had something to do with the number of attachments you try to upload when updating/creating a new mod.

If I upload one file, or ten files, and try to post/submit anything they all get duplicated, no matter how many I attach.
