[Denied] Forum jump on top and bottom of page

Tom:
Why not put the forum jump on the top of the page as well as the botton? I don't use it very much because you have to scroll down to the botto of the page to use it.

Metho:
It might look a bit cluttered then...This is something one could simply put in. When it's released, I have no doubt that someone would tell you where to put the appropriate code.

i like it at the bottom only
if u wanna get to the bottom of the page fast, u can just hit the [end] key, or click the [go down] button

and like Metho said, it might not be hard to move/duplicate once its already released.
