Hello guys, i searched the mod but i didn't find nothing. I'm looking for this mod: When an user click on "new topic", there will be a default phrase on the "rectangle" where you write.

For example if on this forum i write a topic on Bug report there will be as default sentence:

Just to clarify, for the coders, here, do you want this for all new topics?

Or, just topics in certain boards?
