I see those time to time. Whats cousing that?

Looks like 'avatar_tmp_942' is not a Windows Bitmap File. GD is a graphics library for PHP.

If you're trying to upload an avatar, try re-uploading it or upload it with a different extension.

It's trying to use wbmp.... I thought I just took that out... now taken out for sure.
