Spell Check and Help Background

Killer Possum:
Is there a way to change the background in the Spell Check and pop-up help ('?') areas. At the moment I'm using black text and because those to areas end up using the background of my website (www.ratclan.com) I can't see the text :P

Can this be done in CSS or do I have to look at PHP files? And if so, which ones?

ah OK, guess I should have known that :P

Since I created a new theme based off of the Default theme I didn't even think to check back in the Default theme folder ;)
