Most new topics per specific time period

To promote new topics, I've often thought of running various contest. It would be nice to have a mod that showed  the top new topic starters created by members with in a given time frame. Say a month, or a week. Right now all I have is top ten topic starters total. This way if a new member signs up, and is active with new topics, he/she will show up as a top topic starter for that given time frame. Since new topics are the key to new post, I think the new topic part of this mod would be the most useful

Say this weeks/months top topic starters
1-10
