Kindred:
the first three items... yup, they've been considered.

the fourth...   there are debates on the usefulness of that, but something along those lines has been considered.
(the problem is that people click "report mod" when they have a problem installing - when it should, instead, only be used to report actual problems with the mod itself)

the fifth... no way. That's just silly and a waste of resources.

Yes, just like how certain mods actually ask for feedback when you uninstall them, heh.

Bloc:
I agreed on the fifth..but there is a logic to it, in encouraging to vote/rate the mod. Though its a bit annoying lmao.

Arantor:
The problem with voting/rating is that mods which don't work absolutely perfectly just get downvoted, often unfairly - IIRC it's one reason why voting was actually removed from the mod site some time ago.

Kindred:
yes, indeed...

I can't install a mod (because I'm an idiot and I did it the wrong way) so I vote -10 stars for that mod.
I don't like the mod author so I find all of his mods and vote -20 stars.

additionally, it has been proven that people with complaints are more likely to post reviews and vote than those who have no problems.
