Permission -> Moderate forum members -> theme issue

If i allow some group to "Moderate forum members" ,they can see in profile screen other members Profile Info,Modify Profile and Actions. How can i hide those first 2?  I mean only when lookin some other users profile. Just like some stuff are hidden in admin area, if i allow just edit news. I try to allow just banning.

That could get complicated... do they have profile editing permissions?
