Hey there guys I'd really like to know how to make an smf theme/style for my forum :), but I don't know how to, is there any tutorials out there without Photoshop? Please admins or staff move this to the proper place, cause I didn't know where else to put this, since I'm kinda new around here :). Also I'd like to make the theme/style using paint.

See if those two wiki articles are of any help. You'll need to know HTML and CSS, and some basic PHP knowledge would be great. As for using Paint, that is a total no go. It's a very bad program not suited for that type of graphics. At least try out a free software such as GIMP.

thanks very much my good man, as i would not like to pay a bundle just to buy photoshop :), I like using free programs and etc.., is there also a tutorial on how to use Gimp for such as an occasion as this?

We all do! GIMP is a fairly good alternative to buying Photoshop, do try it out! :)

Is there a tutorial for Gimp on how to do it as well?
