i'm not sure how i blocked Guests, please help

I'm new to SMF.  My forum is @ hxxp:www.LetsHookEmUp.com [nonactive].

I would like to provide Guests the ability to read the boards & topics (not add topics) without having to register first.  However, I must have done something with the settings that now requires everyone to register first.  Can anyone tell me how I can fix this?

Admin>Features and Options>Check "Allow guests to browse the forum".

That oughta do it. :)
