Install at step 3 and Crash!

Yes, a newbe. I get The page cannot be displayed when install goes to step 3.

Please Let me know what i did not do correctly.

By the way, I have in public html, index html a redirect, till i get this up and going. I downloaded SMF from here, un zipp it in a folder on my XP, Ftp all of it to Public html directory. I can launch the install ok, but crashes on step 3.

Can I see a phpinfo.php or just what your PHP version is?

PHP 4.3.2 This is in server Info. phpinfo.php, where do i find this at?

Well, I've rewritten the installer for the next release, maybe it will work for you since it only has 3 steps ;).
