Same here, 3mb down but only 256k up which is the best plan for the buck in my location. Basically you can't get any faster where I am at.
A few months ago I only had 1.5mb down and 256k up, doubled my speed by switching providers. 3mb is good though, I need a little faster for streaming videos but nothing I can do about it.

Our cable company offers this plan too, but I'm not ready to pay the price they are asking for it.
