The problem is that the image for the last tab is incorrect.

Where is should be much larger:
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/Themes/default/images/maintab_last.gif

This appears to be the case for a few of your images.  Probably due to a themes files taken from a 1.1.x theme and not a 2.x theme.
