Upgrading from 1.1.16 to 2.0.2

I'm wanting to upgrade the current forum from version 1.1.16 to 2.0.2.

Do all I need to do is upload the upgrade file and run it to make this happen?

I need a simple answer...can I upload the upgrade to 2.0 from 1.1.16 and run the upgrade?  A simple yes or no answer is all I need.

No.

You need to upload all the files from the large upgrade, then run upgrade.php.
