SMF Blank Page on login logout or any kind of submit

I have been searching and reading on this topic and found that many of these topics are a one post thread. I hope it does not happen to this thread because there is a huge amount of problems concerning this issue posted.
If I or whomever tries to login a blank page appears. Actually the person is logged in but the page is blank. you need to click back, refresh the page and you are logged in..
Same for log out.
Same thing when I tried to apply a mod..
I have tried on IE5, IE6, IE7, Firefox all the same problem. I like this because everybody is saying it's a browser problem. And we see it's not..
5 different computers with different settings different and different geographical locations..
Everybody is experiencing this in a different way, I guess I am one of the harsher hit :)
Well the forum is pretty new haven't reseaed it to my customers so not a problem yet..
Solutions that I have tried:
Updates on SMF up to 1.1
A few Mods
the Repair file
Changed the databse session to off
Still same result.
As a developer I would love to handle this in sections if possible.
the forum is at hxxp:www.floportalforums.com [nonactive] not a forum related to this so I guess it would be ok to write it down. I would love if a few people could test the login logout and see if the same thing happens...
Then let's all get down to it and find the problem area.
If this happens on all browsers it's not a browser issue, I am not saying it's a SMF issue but hte only people that can address this issue would be SMF, or us in the SMF community.

I have also just realized that the visual verification does not work now. The funny this is all this was working when installed?????

Visual verification shows for me, and I'm seeing the core theme on your site.

A couple of people with IE7 are describing the same issue--the blank screen and they are really logged in. One sent me this as the error message they are getting.

I tried IE6, mozilla and opera I logged in fine. I don't have IE7. Despite having XP, Microsoft won't allow it to download since I have the wrong servicepack/OS combo. It keeps telling me that I can't download it. So I can't try it in that browser.

That particular message appears to be associated with mod_security being triggered. Try disabling mod_security and see if the problems persist.
