Could you replace all your language files located ./Themes/default/languages/ with fresh copies and see if the problems occur?

Problem occurs because I made changes to MessageIndex.template.php to separate Sticky topics from regular topics.

Now I'm getting error for stickybar and I've attached my MI.template.php.
