SSI troubles

I've got the ssi file to work fine on another page of my site, but there is a problem, when the page is first loaded its all screwed up, its only when the page is refreashed when it works.
On the yabbse forum it says to remove a part of the ssi file, i did that and it has had no effect on the page at all
