Customizing SMF > Graphics and Templates

Anybody mind checking my template for errors?

I basically just created my first SMF theme, but I felt I did so very sloppily. Anyways, can anybody please take a look at it? Things I have noticed is that the footer doesn't end the template, at least not on my iPhone, you can see the white background of "content_section" continue after the footer, can somebody please tell me how to end the template on the footer? And other things I have noticed is text-shadow and border-radius not showing up on IE, but I understand that's a problem only with IE? Well here's the site:

I also went ahead and attached my CSS. Also, it would be GREAT if somebody could fix a small bug for me. I believe it's only a problem with my custom theme, but whenever I'm browsing the forum as a guest and I click on 'LOGIN' on the menu, I'm redirected to the index after logging in, is there a way I can be redirected to my previous location? Also, there are times I'm making a post, and as soon as I hit submit, I am told to login as my 60 minute login has expired, and when I log in, I'm redirected to the index instead of the forum submitting my post, thus losing everything I had entered.
