HI I deleted myself apparantly and I cant login in the Forum

Im having a problem with logging in under my administrator account, I think I may have deleted my username not sure, or a bug has inflicted my site at prachsportsedge.com I am having bots flood my email list like crazy.  The captcha isnt very good at all.I need help with logging back in first, then controlling the fake emails anyone have a solution?? I would greatly appreciate it.
