There is no Cache folder in the 1.x branch.

Only thing I can think of is to try changing the cookie name. If that doesn't work change it back since all will be required the log in.

Repair_settings.php should let you do this: What is repair_settings.php?

Nevermind, found it in your HW thread.  Tried to register to see the problem, but registration is disabled.  Can you set up a test member I can use?
