Boggled please help

Right I have managed to get it upgraded to 1.1.16 through a simple click of a button, now as I look into adding the spam upgrades it just shows me this 'Move the included file "Subs-Akismet.php" to "./Sources".
Move the included file "Akismet.class.php" to "./Sources".
Move the included file "Akismet.template.php" to "./Themes/default".
Move the included file "Akismet.english.php" to "./Themes/default/languages".

As I have got the forum through lcn hosting i do not know where any of these files are or what to do.

Is there an easier way just like I have done with upgrading the forum to 1.1.16 a simple click of the link would be nice?? Im sorry I know I am a doughnut

Have got updated versions of those mods?

If so, have you tried adding them via Package Manager?

Those instructions are usually for manual installs.
