[NOOB ALERT] Please help me with setting up a community forum.

I am trying to start up a new server FROM SCRATCH with SMF. I need extreme help in setting this up for configuration and get it up and running. Either thru Teamveiwer or very exact instructions. Is anyone willing to help a brother out ?

If you are looking for someone to configure your forum for you, you may consider upgrading to a charter membership or posting in the help wanted board.
