How to delete a membergroup?

I made some membergroups but want to delete them because they are confusing (some have the same name) and never used.
Could anyone tell me how to delete them?

go to "Edit Membergroups" click "modify" on the group you want to delete and then press the delete button on the modify screen :)

Hahahaha, okay. But what if there is a membergroup with members: n/a
or in "Post count based groups" a group with zero members?
In these two cases there is no delete button  ::)

You cannot delete groups 1, 2, 3, and 4.  Those are Administrator, Global Moderator, Moderator, and Newbie.
