Referral System Modification

I don't know if I am posting this in the right place or not but I need help with getting the referral system modification on my forum. I want to do a contest for the person who has the most referrals and be able to track it so I know who wins. I am not any where close to being good at writing of code or placing the code where it belongs. I know basic stuff and that it. I tried to figure it out myself but couldn't and I am not willing to take a chance and mess something up. Can someone please help me with this. It says at the bottom of the modification that smf will do it for a 15 dollar fee. I am willing to pay this for this service.

What is Referral System?

 Referral System is a modification for SMF which allows you to track which members referred each other. Tracks the number of hits, and gives each member their own referral link to track referrals


Requirements

 Supports SMF 2.0.x and SMF 1.1.x. Easy to install using the package manager built in to SMF.

Installing on other themes

 -Install instructions for SMF 1.1.x
 To install manually go to the modsite for the modification and get the manually install instructions for the modification and follow the edits.

-Install instructions for SMF 2.0.x
 In SMF 2.0 you have the option to install on other themes. When installing Referral System mod select all the themes you wish to install it on. If you already have Referral System installed and what to install on other themes you can install it manually or uninstall then reinstall on all the themes you want. To install manually go to the modsite for the modification and get the manually install instructions for the modification and follow the edits.

-Paid Install Service
 We also offer a paid install service if you want use to manually install it for you. We require FTP access/admin. Payment is made via paypal for $15

First of all, it's the SMFHacks.com Team you're talking about, you're confusing the author of the mod with SMF itself.
Second, the $15 you're talking about is for the installation of the mod, not customization nor modification of the mod.
