Actually, restoring a titla'd file wont be necessary

In ManageSettings.php there are two functions called modifysitemapsettings() but function names can only be used once, so find one of these function blocks, and remove it.

If you have trouble with that, attach ManageSettings.php and I'll examine it for you instead.
