Hai so i just finished setting up parts to my forum the other day... but one point i just cant wrap my finger around is why my forum wont send my new users the email to activate their accounts????
I'm using x10hosting and smf.
that's it... and honestly? i have no idea what I'm doing anymore... I've tried everything i can think of so if anyone can help me then That'd b great!

if you need more details then let me know...

and btw... before you say something... yes i have looked through other topics... and yes i have googled... nothing and nobody has helped so far... :(

This may be an x10 hosting issue. It appears a few other users hosting with them have the same problem too.

oh rlly? well should i ask them about it? ill try it... thanks for the info :) but still if anyone has anything else to add please do because this is a feature im really excited to have...

They may not allow free customers to use the PHP mail feature.

Just in case.... have you checked the obvious (I don't mean to be a smart a$$)??
