Page Length on Topic Pages

GCMain:
On my main home page, the amount of space between the last topic and the footer area is just a line break or two which is where it should be, but on the individual topic and board pages, the amount of "white space"/line breaks between the end of the last post and the footer area is probably about 6"-8".

Is there any way to force up the footer area so it comes up closer to the last post? I do have ad banners on both sides of the page, but those ads also end way before the footer area.

I was able to figure it out. My left side banner space had extra info in it that was pushing everything down.
