Image attchments in posts not showing up in facebook

Problem maybe caused while Facebook try the Query String with

   %3B and %3D in den URL instead of  ;  and =

With older SMF Versions such Urls (Query String) has worked fine.

Some Guys used a little URLparsing Sniplet, they described here http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=460796.msg3247862#msg3247862

But why has smf changed this handling of the Query String ?
