Could this be due to "Maximum time after posting to allow edit" in your Post Settings configuration?

Ok I found this setting and this was it, it was set to 2 days (2880 minutes) and I think there was 3 days between those two posts. Thanks! I'll mark this solved as soon as I confirm.

Installed the package, started getting 500 Internal Server Error - blew out the cache (browser and server) and I followed the "Manual Install" steps - that doesn't fix the issue.

*** If you try it www (dot) wt3f (dot) com - click the Login using Facebook button, it pops up the OAUTH screen, I login then, a popup comes up and goes away - then all of a sudden the browser is dead. Delete the browser cache, and hit the site again, and I can see in Firebug that index.php is not returning anything.

I suggest you to get db backup then install SMF on phpnuke db (Use 1 db / 1 username). Its more healthy (unfortunately).
