User Shows up multiple times on Who's Online.

So noticed this thing and it bugs me, I was logged into my phone and laptop on my site and had a few tabs open.. well whenever I do that it shows my user multiple times in the Who's Online list.. it also shows me twice on the board index.. Just wondering if there's a way to fix this.. Image is attached..

Well, you've got a mod in there somewhere that has modified how who's online works, but without more details about the customisations you have, it's impossible to fix.

I'm pretty sure I've never installed a mod that modified the who's online.. but I will check them..

Going through my mods I don't see any that edit it..

Well............... I am having the same issue myself... just started happening a couple days ago..
No, I haven't loaded any mods for over a year now... so if anyone could kindly help me figure out how to rectify this issue that would be great.
