Internet Explorer Auto Scrolls/Jumps When Viewing Topic

It should work on any topic. Click on any board link, then click on any topic link.

In the screenshots attached, I've shown a pic of my lobby. I've then clicked on the Wrestling board (result in forum2.jpg), then clicked on "The 2011 A1W 100" (result in forum3.jpg).

After clicking on that topic link, I would *expect* to see forum4.jpg.

Unfortunately I can't test this without logging in.  As a guest, when I click on a topic I see the first post of the topic. 

When you click on the topic link, copy and paste the URL from your browser here.  You can put it inside code tags if you like.

Works fine for me in both IE9 and Firefox, can't see any "jumping"  ;)
