Problem with Theme!

Hi:

I installed a theme and now I can not see any options on the admin control panel to get back to the default theme!

What should I do?

I already removed that theme via FTP, but then the site wont work, so I had to uploaded again via FTP to make it work again...

I don't know what to do!

this will reset you too the default theme ;)
