problem with Max width of posted pictures

i have put on Max width of posted pictures 450 and     Max height of posted pictures (0 = disable) so the dont have any trouble in height so they cant mest up my forum

but my problem is that old pictures dont get afected by this and new pictures are getting altered to this

dont know why gives me that size i have it in 450 and 0

this will happend whit all post becouse i went to the admin panel and

futured opcions -> opcions -> Max width of posted pictures 450

limited the pics on my forum to 450 of width and 0 on higth

but its limitet them to [img width=320 height=320]

I don't see the problem.

Your max is 450.  This picture is 320 X 320.  You are hotlinking to it and that is the size.  It will not be larger because you limits are larger.

your rigth dont know why happend before but the person removed the original pic and got that one
