How to make money with your forum?

Please share some good ideas to make money with your forum. Because with AdSense from Google you have to watch closely what people are posting (Adsense rules), that's is probably not the best way to earn money with a forum.

Earn money with:

newsletters sending to the members
other ads (dependent from the forum theme)

What kind of newsletters are you thinking of? Just e-mails with a "buy this" message?

You must find that group of companies, people who spend money to ads, there are the same interest as your forum members (your forum theme helps  ;) )

There are several ways to make money.... consider a search over google about that... there is no question it doesn't answer
