Can SMF be installed using SQL Server

Our organization will not allow Mysql on our production web servers. They do support sql server, can SMF be installed to use SQL server? If so, are there instructions available?

1.1 will only accept MySQL, 2.0 can utilize MySQL 3.23.28 or higher, PostgreSQL 7.4.10 or higher, or SQLite 1.x or 2.x.
