1.x and 2.x Databases

Are the database tables the same in 1.x and 2.x? I know it's ironic, but for TP I need to downgrade from 2 and I want to keep the database ;)

If so, then I'll just load the backup .sql file of the database.

The tables of SMF 2.x are far different then those of SMF 1.x

Dis you backup the db before you upgraded your forum to 2.0?
