Strange!!!! Not Receiving email after forgetting

Hello to all ,
Today a strange problem occured with my forums I maded changes of e-mail and password in my first admin account. So far many problem occured but i hope so it was changed later when i tryed my password it didnt worked i forgotten my password and i know my changed e-mail was approved my admin panel later when i forgotten my password it ask for e-mail/username i gave my e-mail later i didnt recieve any e-mail check all section inbox , junk nothing maybe its not getting good so far
Edited to cancel out Caps in Title.

I'm not sure that I understand...
However, if you changed your details in the admin panel, did you also change them in your CPanel?
(Assuming that I HAVE understood...)

Okay let me tell you highlights
1. I have changed the password and e-mail of the most main 1st admin account
2. Few problems occured while all this process
3. Later when i try to loggin It failed
4. I click on forgotten password but I didnt recieve a single e-mail
NOTE : This was same happends with my account and many users complained too that they dont recieve e-mails after the process

While changing e-mail , password and username....
E-mail is changed as i check on profile and username is also changed but the password isnt changed
I tried to recover my password by completing forgot my password suvery but i didnt recieve any e-mail from the forums
