Attachment Input Field Width

I have a fairly narrow forum. And in my edit modify page, the attachment field where
the user can click "Browse" has a scrolling bar.

How do I shrink that particular field?

The reason this occurs is due to the field sizes for example the size attribute for the input box on the screen shot is set to 44 which is why you get the scroll bar, you'll need to change the size attribute on the input fields for the modify forum profile page to get rid of the scroll bars.
