Toolbox the error is not related to the Newsletter mod. It is related to the googlemaps.

Can you please do the following and report back.

Admin > Server Settings > General

Please tick this box Disable evaluation of templates

Once this is done please empty your error log and browse the forum for a minute before reporting back.
