Degradation is possible ???

Hey guyz i have SMF 2.0 BEAT 4 n want to convert it to 1.1.6
can i do that !

Dis you make a backup before you upgraded? If you did, then you can simply restore it.
If you did not, then you can downgrade your forum manually by altering the db tables but that will require a lot of work.

hey i had freshly installed SMF 2.0 so how do i back up man !

If you had a fresh Smf, i.e. without posts, members etc, then simply delete it(its files from the server and its db tables from the db) and then install 1.1.6
