SMF 1.1.10 Search and Login errors, bugs

(1/1)

DevilMKD:
Hi friends
I'm using SMF 1.1.10 ( i will upgrade it later  ;) ) and I have some errors or bugs..
The first problem is that when I go to Search something, and I type some key words for it, it gives me back 30 pages with results, the problem is that all this pages are random topics, no one is in touch with the words I type..

Also I have a error or bug with the login, (also I'm using Simple Portal 2.3) when some one try's to log in it shows him some random picture from the articles (there are some articles on the front page of the forum..) sometimes it asks to download the picture from the article, or it simple shows it, refresh does not work it stay on that page with the picture in the center.
If i go back and then refresh the page then it shows me that I'm logged in
this is the address that is showing in the address bar

--- Code: ---/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=6921.0;attach=6921;image
--- End code ---

Please can someone help me to "survive" the next two months, then I will upgrade the script to some new version  ;D

Thanks, if you need some more info please tell me, I will try to post here

Doctor Deejay:
Hello, welcome to the SMF community forum. :) Do you have any other mods installed? I haven't experienced this problem myself, so I don't know what could be causing it, apart from mods. :(

DevilMKD:
We have installed the Aeva - Auto-Embed Video & Audio, View Only Boards, Anti-Bot Clock, AdminAttachAnything

but they are installed years ago, we lunched the forum and then we installed this packages
but the installation was ~3 years ago, the problems started this month  :-[

we will try the next month to upgrade the script or reinstall it from 0  ;D

MrPhil:
If you haven't made any changes in years, and the trouble just started, then either...

* Your host had made some change, such as changing to PHP 5.3. SMF 1.1.10 I think is fairly 5.3-ready, but some of your mods might not be. If you have error messages suppressed, turn them on to see if anything is reported.
* You've been hacked. Check the "last modified" dates on all your files. Those that are unaccountably recent, look for code that doesn't belong there. If you find any hack, scan your PCs for spyware and then change every password in sight.
