How to change font colour in theme

Hello again XD ! I know I've been asking too many questions lately >__< please forgive for my knowledge is limited. I'll try learn from what you teach me and help me with :D

So getting on Topic, I was wondering if It was possible to change the font colour if so how can I do it.

Permanently Like as in the whole theme for example if you see the font colour in my forum page here http://otakusl.mmocube.net/index.php

There is green and blackish kinda colour. Could It be possible to change the black to a lighter colour becasue I'm thinking of making the background a bit darker

You'll have to edit your index CSS.  Do you know how to do that?

That's all covered in the theme's index.css file, in the "css" directory.

It's quite well commented-out, so you should be able to work that out.

Be aware that the colours are in Hex, though.
