how can i replace the forum header text name with a logo?

hey where at in index.template.php (im guessing) can i replace the text name with a logo at? I cant seem to find the line.

Line 148 in the template I'm looking at (it's from the cvs though so it may be different on yours, in fact it probably is,

<span style="font-family: Georgia, sans-serif; font-size: xx-large;">', $context['forum_name'], '</span>'; is the line, just do a search for forum_name.
