Header and footer in 2.02

I just upgraded to 2.02 from 1.15.  On my old Forum I had customized the header and footer.  That is all gone now on 2.02.  How do I set it up again?

Also, how do I set up receiving email notifications when a user makes a post?

Click the notify button that can be found near the top right of each board.

Maybe this mod will help you with the header and footer.

If you had a customized header and footer you will need to manually adjust the code and apply it to the new template files. Unfortunately there isn't an automatic way to do this. The upgr :-[ader replaces all of the files including those with manual edits and modifications.
