Error Question

I have one of my users complaining about an error that seems to pop up for him intermittently when he visits the forum.
The error is:

Than the page displayed codes

It then lists a bunch of code afterward. I can not seem to reproduce the error. No one else is reporting the error thus far. The guy reporting says it only happens intermittently. The code that comes up appears to be related to a specific mod (alerts) but again, i can no do anything to reproduce the error...
I did have something similar happen to me with Firefox a while ago but it showed different code info... and after a cache refresh all seemed to go away. I've instructed him to do the same, he claims he has but the issue remains. Any suggestions?

Well, the alerts mod calls the forum to get data and it's done via XML. The oddity of why it's showing up instead of an actual page, that's a problem, and I'd be inclined to suggest you should refer it to the mod's support thread or board, rather than it being a generic SMF problem.

Have already done so... figured I'd ask here as well. This type of thing came up for me months ago... before the alerts mod was installed... but I chalked it up to a cache issue as it went away after I purged the cache/cookies.
