Ich versuche, ein Deutsches sprache Pack für mein Forum zu installieren. Ich spreche kein Deutsch, aber wenn jemand helfen kann, wie ich diesen Fehler haben zu versuchen, um das Paket zu installieren.

Could be misunderstood. ;)
Please download the language files you wish to install, unpack them on your local computer, and use a FTP programm such as FileZilla to copy those files onto your server. The language files need to be copied into the directory
../themes/default/languages on your server.
