i have this error and seems my setting are alright. what can be the problem?

i have installed number of MODs. and i have uninstalled few already. no change still same problem. everything was working well last night and today i have added some MODS and after that i get email from a member that they cant register anymore.
will i post the errorlog here for u to check Kays?
